Shipping
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - not appplicable
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Free Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 10am during store hours (open 24 hours online) will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered within 48 hours.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using our shipping provider Canada Post delivery with standard 2 - 7 day delivery. Flat rate shipping fee of $14 applies to shipping orders. Optional: We do not ship outside of Canada and the USA at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on next day, 2-4 day delivery and priority shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do offer international shipping at this time. If you would like us to ship to you please be prepared to get a shipping estimate by emailing us at fashion@mirellas.ca
We can use the shipping courier of your choice once agreed to with shipping estimate.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fashion@mirellas.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
